This Project Includes INVENTORY, STOCK MAINTAINANCE, PRODUCTION, PAYROLL, and PAYMENT RECIEPTS/ISSUES etc. We used Data grid for header & detail to make this as easy as to user, also used MS-access/SQL Server 2000 as database for storage. It provides facilities to both Administrator and Learner. Various reports are generated in this system.

This Project includes ECB testing as testing conditions given to it. This Company Works for ECB, ECPG, and EEPC Generators to be sale for CUMMINS. We completed this software that cares all test conditions Control board connection, Entry transaction etc. This Tool generates Test Report which shows last 5 test status of one ECB, ECPG, and EEPC boards.

This project is only for Co-Operative Society, which covers financial accounting, shares, monthly saving, fixed deposit, recurring deposit, short term loan and long term loan. This system generates various important financial reports useful for management decisions. Crystal reports are generated for various functions.

- Our quality plans have several levels, from general to specific. This depends on project to project. Our quality plan explains elaborately how quality requirements will be met. It is tied to specific time frame and deliverables.
- Each department has a document quality manual. Several more detailed procedure manuals support overall company quality system manual.
- Transparent and crisp communication between customer and the team at all project levels (management, technical, operation etc. to identify customer requirements and grasp the client's vision of how ITPL can meet them).
- Accurate project specification (onsite, offshore) and thoroughly documented project planning. Mapping the project at each level.
- Logical documentation reviews (internal, external).
- Well-prepared daily/weekly conferences with customers showing day-to-day progress.
- Stringent code inspection by the Team Leaders / Project Managers.
